Where to go
What to do

Check in
- Say your route number.
- Take your rack.

Load your car
- Bags weigh 20 to 25 pounds. Use two hands.
- Bags tied together are one stop. Keep them tied.
- Count your bags. The number must match the app.

Scan each bag
- Scan the QR code at the hub.
- Scan it again at the door.
- Code will not scan? Call dispatch.

Drive in order
- Follow the stop order in the app. Do not change it.
- All stops must be done by 12:00 PM.
- Running late? Call dispatch now. Do not wait.

Drop off
- Leave the bag at the door.
- Take a photo. Show the bag and the house number.
- Finish the stop at the door. Not in the car.
Count the jars. Type the number in the comments box. Like this:

The app will not let you finish without it. -
Bring back the empties
- Pick up empty jars and bags.
- Take them back to Hayward.
- Put them in the big boxes outside. Do this before you go home.
Do not
- Do not cut the zip ties.
- Do not finish a stop early. The customer gets a text right away.
- Do not leave a bag with a neighbor.
- Do not take empties home.
